We are currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join our dedicated team on a long-term framework project. In this role, you will report directly to the Project Lead on site, taking charge of all commercial and contractual responsibilities associated with your designated site. You will also have the opportunity to mentor an assistant surveyor, ensuring the successful delivery of the project. For larger and more complex projects, you may be tasked with managing specific sections of the work, reporting to a Senior or Managing Quantity Surveyor.
Candidate RequirementsEssential Qualifications:
- Completion of an accredited program by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB), or the Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors (ICES).
- A degree in a relevant field with a numerical or technical focus is advantageous. Relevant subjects may include building/construction, urban and land studies, civil engineering, or structural engineering.
- Demonstrated experience in a Quantity Surveyor role.
