Key Responsibilities
  • Manage construction costs and prepare budgets for projects

Requirements
  • Construction-related degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
  • Previous quantity surveying experience within a UK construction consultancy
  • Experience working on social housing projects
  • Experience working in an employers' agent role
  • MRICS is highly desirable or someone in need of support to achieve chartership
