As a key member of our Waste Services Team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our recycling centres, providing excellent customer service and promoting waste minimisation and recycling practices.
The TeamYou will be part of a dynamic team responsible for engaging with the public, directing and assisting them to the correct disposal containers, and contributing to maintaining a clean and tidy site. You will also be involved in identifying and resolving site problems, and working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve environmental improvements.
About YouWe are looking for someone who is passionate about the environment, enjoys working with the public, and is proactive in identifying solutions to site problems. You must have experience in site maintenance and be able to work effectively as part of a team. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach are essential for this role.
