We are seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to join our team in Liverpool. As an Employment Solicitor, you will provide advice to a broad range of clients, from company owners and managers, HR professionals and in-house lawyers, to public and private sector organisations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage your own caseload of employment law matters, including contentious and non-contentious cases.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored advice.
  • Contribute to the employment team's business development work and marketing initiatives.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality results.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' PQE in a commercial law firm advising on employment law matters.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
