Position Overview:
Are you a qualified support worker for children?
Our organization offers a comprehensive 12-week program designed for at-risk youth who require a supportive environment away from their current situations. In this role, you will assist the manager in the daily operations of the service, providing support to young individuals facing Emotional & Behavioral Difficulties (EBD).

Compensation:
£34,000 with the potential for an additional £3,000 for relocation assistance.

Employment Type:
Full-time

Given the dynamic nature of the role and the engaging activities provided by the service, we are seeking candidates who are enthusiastic about participating in various physical pursuits such as rock climbing, kayaking, and mountain biking.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
~ NVQ or QCF Level 3 in Children & Young People's Residential Services is essential.
~ Prior experience in a children's residential setting is required.
~ A valid Full UK Driving Licence is necessary, as you will be responsible for transporting young individuals as needed.
