About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Wastewater Modelling Assistant to join our team in London. As a key member of our Water Consulting business, you will play a crucial role in developing and calibrating hydraulic models using InfoWorks ICM.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and calibrate hydraulic models for urban drainage projects.
  • Participate in data collection, management, and analysis for wastewater projects.
  • Contribute to preparing technical reports, presentations, and project documentation.
  • Support the development of solutions to manage urban drainage, improve water quality, and control pollution.
  • Provide technical support to clients, addressing their inquiries and feedback.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices, standards, and new technologies in wastewater modelling.
Requirements
  • Relevant experience in the water industry.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of modelling software (InfoWorks ICM) and GIS systems (preferably MapInfo, ArcGIS, QGIS).
  • Skilled in manipulating, handling, and analysing large datasets.
  • Experience with bespoke software and programming such as FME, Visual Basic, and Power BI is beneficial.
  • Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
