Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Manager to join our team at Marie Curie UK. As a Retail Manager, you will be responsible for leading our retail team to achieve sales targets, manage stock levels, and provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and motivate a team of retail staff and volunteers to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Oversee the management of stock levels, including ordering, receiving, and inventory control.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales and revenue.
- Monitor and control costs, including labor costs, inventory costs, and other expenses.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety, data protection, and financial regulations.
