Job Title: Head of Video Production

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and talented Head of Video Production to lead our video content team at ImageNova. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for producing and managing high-quality video content for our clients, including online/social content, commercials, television, and documentaries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the video content team to deliver exceptional video productions that meet and exceed client expectations.
  • Develop and implement video content strategies that align with our company's goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with our in-house production team to produce and manage video content, including concept development, pre-production, filming, and editing.
  • Manage client relationships and ensure timely delivery of final edits.
  • Organize and manage production shoots, including development, pre-production, and on-set management.
  • Review and ensure the highest quality of all video output, providing feedback and guidance to the team.
  • Develop and pitch new business opportunities to existing clients and secure new business in line with company strategy.

Requirements:

  • Strong producing and editing portfolio with a clear understanding of exceptionally produced, captured, and edited film and video content.
  • Client liaison experience with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to get on with people at all levels.
  • Excellent communication, written skills, and organizational ability.
  • Full UK driving license.
  • An understanding of ImageNova, our content, and tone of voice.

Working Hours and Environment:

  • 8-hour days with flexible working hours available.
  • Office hours are 10am – 6pm, Monday-Friday, with flexible hours offered subject to work deadlines.
  • Remote working solutions are available, and we are happy to negotiate these terms.
