Position Overview:
As a Quality and Safety Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and upholding the standards for quality, health, safety, and environmental management within the organization.

Compensation:

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop, implement, and manage the Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) management systems and policies, ensuring adherence to local, national, and international regulations.
2. Conduct risk assessments and identify hazards across all operations, implementing strategies to mitigate occupational health and safety risks.
3. Facilitate the completion of necessary documentation for construction phases and contractor risk assessments as required.
4. Design and deliver comprehensive QHSE training programs to all staff, fostering a culture of safety and awareness throughout the organization.
5. Investigate accidents, incidents, near-misses, and nonconformities, compiling detailed reports and conducting root cause analyses to implement corrective actions.
6. Support the resolution of employee, product, and public liability claims, liaising with insurers and legal representatives as necessary.
7. Monitor and report on QHSE performance metrics, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and presenting findings to senior management.
8. Collaborate with external QHSE bodies, consultants, regulatory agencies, customers, and insurance inspectors to ensure compliance with all external obligations.
9. Maintain all required memberships and certifications to the highest standards, including ISO and other relevant accreditations.
10. Provide administrative support for all QHSE requirements, including record management, report writing, and procurement of goods and services.

Qualifications:
- Minimum NEBOSH Certificate (or equivalent) and GRAD IOSH Membership are essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Flexibility to work in various locations and willingness to travel as needed.
- A valid driving license is essential due to travel requirements.
