Job Title: Lead Nurse

Operose Health is seeking an experienced and skilled Lead Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our primary care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and leading our nursing team to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with regional nursing, operational, and GP team members to ensure targets are met in line with current guidelines and standards.
  • Provide expert care, including assessment and diagnostic skills, for patients within the general practice.
  • Act within professional boundaries, demonstrating safe and clinical decision-making.
  • Support the Regional Lead Nurse and act as a deputy as required to ensure high-quality standards.
  • Implement and monitor clinical aspects, demonstrating clinical excellence in conjunction with the site clinical lead.
Requirements:
  • First-level UK registered nurse or Registered AHCP with at least 2 years post-qualified experience.
  • Non-medical Prescriber.
  • Demonstrates sound evidence of academic links.
  • Extensive clinical experience in Primary Care Health settings and managing nursing teams.
  • Understanding of the Lead Role.

What We Offer:
  • Annual salary of up to £48,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
