Job Description

At Lorien, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HR Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in driving business priorities and delivering the people plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build trusted relationships with business leaders and HR teams to drive business outcomes.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to leaders to enhance their leadership capabilities.
  • Develop and implement talent strategies to drive business performance.
  • Align with Centre's of expertise to provide HR solutions to the business.
  • Drive performance management to increase individual and business performance.
  • Ensure compliance with employment law and HR procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with exacting timelines.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to think broadly.
  • Excellent influencing, relationship building, and communication skills.
  • Well-developed IT skills with experience of using HR Information Systems.
  • Ability to take initiative and work without supervision.
