  • A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach to supporting students with complex needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and to use your initiative when necessary.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
  • Relevant qualifications in SEN or Education (desirable but not essential).
  • Knowledge of de-escalation techniques and behavior management strategies (desirable).

What We Offer:

We offer a supportive and collaborative working environment, ongoing professional development and training opportunities, and the chance to make a real difference in the lives of young people with additional needs. If you have the skills, experience, and dedication required for this role, we would love to hear from you.
