Job Description

As a Food and Beverage Supervisor at Hilton Worldwide, Inc., you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in delivering exceptional guest experiences in our restaurants, bars, and conference and banqueting facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the Food and Beverage team, ensuring seamless service delivery and high standards of quality.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives, including revenue growth, cost control, and employee engagement.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Manage guest complaints and feedback, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Contribute to the development of menus, promotions, and marketing initiatives to drive sales and revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or management role in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and cost control.
