Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role, 2 years +
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to build relationships and adapt to different personalities
- Competent computer skills, particularly in Word & Excel, with the ability to create spreadsheets and construct formulas
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a positive and clear approach
