We are seeking a dedicated professional to support the financial and surveying aspects of our construction projects, ensuring efficient and cost-effective execution.

Our diverse portfolio includes retail spaces, premium dining establishments, contemporary office environments, and recreational facilities, all designed to meet the needs of our community.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborating with various stakeholders within the project team, including construction, technical, sales, finance, customer service, and property management.
  • Processing subcontractor payments and ensuring that all necessary notices and documentation are dispatched promptly.
  • Distributing the required number of copies of all Contract Drawings and any updated drawings to subcontractors.
  • Generating reports on subcontractor instructions and variations.
  • Working hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications:
Candidates should possess a degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction, or be currently pursuing a Quantity Surveying degree.
Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure your success in this role.
