- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures.
- Support the management of the ward, including the supervision of junior staff and the coordination of patient care.
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Adult Branch Nurse qualification.
- Experience in a surgical care setting, preferably in a planned surgical care environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Strong clinical skills, with the ability to assess, plan, and deliver patient care.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, nights, and weekends, as required.
