The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Town Planner to join their dynamic team in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a wide range of projects while working alongside leading experts in the field.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead projects from initiation through to completion, encompassing site selection, planning applications, and post-approval stages.
  • Actively contribute to business development initiatives, expanding the company's client base and enhancing its reputation within the industry.
  • Collaborate with a diverse range of clients, including private housebuilders, government organizations, social housing developers, and commercial entities.
  • Work as part of a highly skilled team, leveraging collective expertise to deliver exceptional results.

Your Profile

  • Chartered Member of the RTPI (Royal Town Planning Institute).
  • Proven experience within the planning industry, ideally gained in a consultancy or development setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and enthusiastic approach.
  • Strong project management abilities and a demonstrated track record of success in business development.
