Surgical Staff Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Surgical Staff Nurse to join our team at Spire Portsmouth Hospital. As a key member of our nursing team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced surgical environment.
About the Role:- Assess patient's health and well-being across a complex and changing caseload
- Support in the delivery of care to meet the patient's needs
- Actively promote best practice and contribute towards quality improvements
- Collect, collate and organise data, interpret all of the information and make a justifiable assessment
- NMC registered with no restrictions or conditions
- Experience working in teams with minimum supervision
- Surgical or acute ward setting experience
