We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Estates Project and Office Coordinator to join our team at Hays Business Support.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Estates Department, including data processing, general typing, and manual and electronic filing.
Liaising with other Service Departments regarding estate issues and assisting with the distribution of communication as required.
Responsible for the configuration of all documentation and filing systems within the department and assisting in the administration of departmental projects.
Providing support for the Estates Helpdesk system.
Key Responsibilities- Undertake administrative duties to meet stringent deadlines and ensure complaint records are available.
- Liaise with other Service Departments regarding estate issues.
- Assist with the distribution of communication as required.
- Responsible for the configuration of all documentation and filing systems within the department.
- Assist in the administration of departmental projects.
- Provide support for the Estates Helpdesk system.
- Must be able to commit to office-based working, 5 days per week.
Temporary role until June 2025.
Free on-site parking.
