We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to join our dynamic team at United Living Infrastructure Services in Leeds. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of our Yorkshire Water Contracts, ensuring the client's requirements are met while working in line with our company's health & safety, quality, and customer satisfaction standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safety Management:
    • Ensure site standards are maintained, assist with risk assessment, accident investigation, site instructions, and inspections.
  • Quality Control:
    • Ensure completion of quality records and continuity of process-capability.
  • Cost Control:
    • Manage manpower, materials, plant, and vehicles, as well as damages and thefts.
  • Liaison with Health & Safety Manager:
    • Collaborate to improve standards through joint site inspections and reviews of site monitoring results.
    • Liaise with Water Operatives.
    • Work together to ensure safety, quality, and environmental standards are achieved.
  • Liaison with Planning Manager:
    • Contribute to construction planning.

Requirements:

  • NRSWA (Supervisors)
  • Water safety passports
  • Supervisory Management training
  • IOSH / SMSTS
  • Extensive experience of working on water
  • Full UK driving license
