Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Exhibit a high level of expertise in all conveyancing activities.
  • Oversee support services, including the management and guidance of support personnel.
  • Engage actively in promotional initiatives, networking, and the cultivation of new client relationships.
  • Maintain financial oversight, particularly focusing on cash flow management through the collection of advance payments and billing processes.

Provide support to fellow fee earners within the organization as needed, especially during instances of employee absence.

Ensure timely billing of clients in accordance with established charging rates, aiming to meet financial performance objectives.

Mitigate risks associated with all tasks and ensure compliance with the firm's risk management and file handling protocols.

Professional Development:

Commit to ongoing training and adhere to the firm's training policies and the competency framework set by the regulatory authority.

Qualifications:

A completed degree along with the LPC or an equivalent technical qualification is required.
