We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified CeMAP professional to join our Estate Agency team as a Trainee Mortgage Advisor. As a key member of our mortgage services team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional client care and service, helping individuals find the perfect mortgage solution for their needs.

• Work closely with estate agency colleagues to maximize mortgage and protection sales from quality leads.
• Deliver industry-leading levels of client care and service, ensuring clients return time and time again.
• Advise on and arrange residential mortgages, Buy to Let mortgages, remortgages, and product transfers, as well as award-winning non-regulated insurance products.
• Collaborate with the residential team to provide feedback on progress and leads.

• Fully CeMAP qualified or equivalent.
• Banking or financial background preferred but not essential.
• Minimum of 1 year's sales experience (working towards targets/objectives).
• Positive and resilient attitude.
• Naturally driven to reach and exceed goals.
• Organized, self-motivated, and a team player.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Numerate and detail-conscious.
