- Creative & Strategic: Ability to generate ideas that resonate with audiences, particularly in sectors like kids & family, toys, entertainment, and FMCG.
- Social Media Enthusiast: Passion for using social media to achieve business goals and staying on top of trends, demonstrated through previous case studies.
- Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of social media platforms, including Meta, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and relevant social media metrics.
- Paid Social Experience: Relevant experience setting up paid social campaigns across various platforms.
- Detail-Oriented: Approach to tasks with precision and pride in delivering high-quality work.
- Experienced: Proven track record in managing high-engagement social media campaigns and paid social initiatives.
- Adaptable & Ambitious: Willingness to grow and succeed in a fast-paced environment with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Communication Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English, with a focus on delivering work to a high standard.
