Key Responsibilities:

  • Influencer Campaigns: Identify, collaborate, and manage influencer relationships to amplify brand reach and engagement.

  • Client Communication & Collaboration: Participate in client meetings to understand their goals and provide strategic insights, supporting in presenting strategies and recommendations.
  • Trend Monitoring & Reporting: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and tools, incorporating relevant trends into ongoing strategies to keep our brands ahead of the curve.
Requirements:
  • Proven Experience: 3+ years of experience working with consumer-led brands that achieve high levels of social engagement, ideally with family and parental-focused brands.
  • Creative & Strategic: Ability to generate ideas that resonate with audiences, particularly in sectors like kids & family, toys, entertainment, and FMCG.
  • Social Media Enthusiast: Passion for using social media to achieve business goals and staying on top of trends, demonstrated through previous case studies.
  • Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of social media platforms, including Meta, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and relevant social media metrics.
  • Paid Social Experience: Relevant experience setting up paid social campaigns across various platforms.
  • Detail-Oriented: Approach to tasks with precision and pride in delivering high-quality work.
  • Experienced: Proven track record in managing high-engagement social media campaigns and paid social initiatives.
  • Adaptable & Ambitious: Willingness to grow and succeed in a fast-paced environment with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Communication Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English, with a focus on delivering work to a high standard.
