Role Overview

The English Language Instructor role is ideal for a passionate and driven individual dedicated to fostering success among both staff and students throughout the educational program while upholding the high standards of LCBT.

This position entails leading the educational and developmental initiatives for students within the English and Maths curriculum, ensuring the creation, delivery, and management of tailored programs that cater to each learner's unique requirements.
This role is integral to the overall team dynamic and provides an opportunity for the right candidate to advance within the organization and pursue career growth into potential leadership roles.

Candidate Profile:

  • Possession of a teaching qualification (PGCE) and an A-Level in English.
  • Comprehensive understanding of effective Learning, Teaching, Assessment, and Feedback methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Up-to-date expertise in the subject matter.
  • Recent and successful professional experience in the relevant field.
  • Experience in teaching within an educational environment (preferably Post-16).
  • Aptitude for engaging with a diverse range of learners on both theoretical and practical aspects of the curriculum, guiding them to successfully complete their studies.
  • Commitment to the growth and advancement of all students.

Salary:
