About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Motor Claims Handler to join our client's growing business. As a Motor Claims Handler, you will be responsible for handling First Notification Motor Claims, managing a varied caseload of claims via telephone and written correspondence, and prioritizing your own claims portfolio and team responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle First Notification Motor Claims
  • Manage a varied caseload of claims via telephone and written correspondence
  • Effectively prioritize own claims portfolio and team responsibilities
  • Act as point of contact for Policyholders and Brokers
  • Identify and refer fraudulent activity and any questionable underwriting
  • Deliver a consistently outstanding level of service to all parties involved
  • Always adhere to company and regulatory policies and guidelines
