About the Role:
Hello Recruitment Associates is seeking a skilled Lettings Administrator to join our team in a busy and dynamic estate agency environment. As a Lettings Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the lettings division, handling administrative tasks, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate records of lettings transactions, including property listings, viewings, and tenancy agreements.
- Process and verify rental applications, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Coordinate with landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth property transactions.
- Assist in the preparation of property listings, marketing materials, and other documentation.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a lettings environment, preferably in an estate agency setting.
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing deadlines effectively.
