Charles Hunter Associates is seeking a highly skilled Placement Officer to join their team. As a Placement Officer, you will play a crucial role in identifying options and solutions for children and young people in need.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to requests for fostering placements and make appropriate matching decisions.
- Receive referrals and record relevant information concerning children and young people on to the company's database.
- Liaise with stakeholders regarding the placement of children and young people, ensuring all relevant agreements are obtained and completed.
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role or sales/account management background.
- Ability to engage with stakeholders and use a soft selling approach to advocate for the company's services.
