Electrical Design Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to join our team of innovators and problem-solvers. With over 100 years of industry experience, we have built a reputation for delivering value-added engineering solutions to blue-chip clients across a range of sectors.
The Role:- Design and develop electrical systems for various projects, including MCC's, Switchboards, and control systems.
- Create electrical schematic diagrams and general arrangements using CAD software.
- Perform electrical calculations and collaborate closely with other engineers and project managers to ensure designs meet project requirements and timelines.
- Participate in design reviews and provide technical guidance to sales, production, and project teams from bid through to commissioning.
- HNC/HND/Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in electrical design engineering.
- Proficiency in CAD software and experience with electrical calculations.
- Knowledge of UK electrical codes and standards.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
