About the Role

We're looking for a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our Bar and Waiting Team as a Front of House Team Member. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure that every guest leaves feeling valued and satisfied
  • Work closely with the management team to deliver exceptional service and maintain high standards
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our menu and drinks offerings to make informed recommendations to guests
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
