International Tax Manager Job Description

The International Tax Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing the international tax affairs of our FMCG company. This position requires a deep understanding of tax laws and regulations, with a focus on strategic planning and compliance. Additionally, you will be supporting all M&A transactions.

Job Responsibilities

As our next International Tax Manager, you will be responsible for leading the international tax agenda, contributing to business projects, and providing advice on new international routes to markets, acquisitions, and integration of acquired businesses. You will also be driving M&A support during due diligence, including providing advice on post-deal integration.

You will be part of a business that believes in growth and individuality, helping us to work towards our plans to expand internationally.

Requirements
  1. CTA/ACA/ACCA qualification
  2. Demonstrable track record of working in a top 20 UK Accountancy firm with Corporate and International Tax experience.
  3. Proven experience in international tax management
  4. Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations
  5. Excellent communication skills
  6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
What We Offer
  1. An attractive salary of £75,000 to £80,000 per annum
  2. Additional benefits including a £6,000 car allowance, 10% bonus, and pension
