As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our warehouse, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the management of warehouse operations, including inventory management, stock control, and logistics coordination.
- Supervise and motivate a team of warehouse operatives, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets and deliver high-quality results.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity, reducing costs and improving customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments, including sales, customer service, and transportation, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including inventory levels, stock turnover, and customer satisfaction.
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Team Lead or similar role, with a strong track record of success in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems and logistics software, including inventory management and transportation coordination.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service delivery.
