We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Beauty Advisors. As a Beauty Advisor, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and promoting our range of skincare and beauty products.

1. Customer Service: Build strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
2. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest skincare and beauty trends, and provide expert advice to customers on our products.
3. Sales Performance: Meet sales targets and contribute to the success of the team by promoting our products and services.
4. Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to create a positive and supportive working environment, and share knowledge and best practices to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
5. Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store counter is visually appealing and effectively showcases our products.

• Customer Service Experience: Previous experience working with customers in a retail environment.
• Product Knowledge: Experience using skincare and beauty products on customers.
