We are seeking a skilled Marketing Communications Associate to join our team at Epson UK. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for executing our marketing communications activities, managing projects from concept to production, and ensuring accurate and timely delivery of on-brand materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing materials in line with our European business and marketing strategy, setting KPIs and demonstrating ROI
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create briefs and secure buy-in to concepts and deliverables
  • Manage material creation, from concept to production, with selected agencies
  • Ensure all materials are produced in line with our European creative identity guidelines and comply with legal and environmental requirements
  • Project manage creation of all assets, ensuring consistency and accuracy, within agreed deadlines and budget, and with all required approvals in place
  • Accurately report on project progress, preparing and carrying out presentations for key stakeholders
  • Forecast financial information relating to projects and report this to key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Marketing Services teams across Europe to ensure deliverables are suitable for their markets
  • Actively track asset usage and provide guidance and approvals for locally produced assets
Requirements
  • Proven experience in producing marcomms materials, including videos, social media content, literature, and POS
  • Experience working with localisation agencies for multi-lingual campaign materials
  • Experience working in a Pan-European environment
  • Good level of English, both spoken and written, with ability to write web and SM content
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Proactive approach with ability to manage multiple projects independently
  • Organised and meets required deadlines
  • Problem-solving and influencing skills
  • Commercially and financially aware
  • Intermediate level of PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
