Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Senior Creative Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing creative strategies that strengthen our brand identity and resonate with our audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate complex product features into engaging creative assets that tell a story and captivate consumers.
- Lead a multi-disciplinary creative team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence in graphic design, photography, and video content.
- Develop comprehensive creative strategies that align with company objectives and market trends, ensuring a cohesive brand experience across all platforms.
- Oversee the creative production process from concept to completion, ensuring deliverables are achieved on time and within budget.
- Analyse creative performance, working with the wider marketing team to integrate consumer insights and feedback to continually refine and enhance the creative output.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in building consumer brands through innovative and impactful creative.
- Excellent at creative ideation and concepting, with the ability to bring fresh, creative ideas to life.
- A strong portfolio reflecting strategic and creative thinking that has driven brand growth.
- Experience working with multiple creative disciplines.
- Capable of managing creative production processes and timeline coordination.
