Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled wine professional to assist in the management of our wine program. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of wine, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of wine lists and menus
  • Provide exceptional wine service to guests, ensuring a memorable experience
  • Collaborate with the Head Sommelier to maintain a comprehensive knowledge of wine
  • Contribute to the creation of wine-based events and promotions
  • Participate in wine tastings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry trends

Requirements

  • WSET level 3 qualification or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of wine and wine service
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
