About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Assistant Paralegal to join our team in Belfast. As a Contract Assistant Paralegal, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our paralegals and lawyers, ensuring the smooth operation of our contract management processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of contracts, including electronic filing and document management.
  • Assist in the preparation and review of contracts, including drafting and editing documents.
  • Provide administrative support to paralegals and lawyers, including preparing and sending correspondence, making phone calls, and arranging meetings.
  • Conduct research and provide information to support the preparation of contracts and other legal documents.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of contract management processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Experience in contract management or a related field is desirable.
