About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Randstad CPE. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing a team of maintenance engineers and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of maintenance engineers to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of maintenance activities with other business operations
- Monitor and report on maintenance metrics to inform business decisions
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a maintenance leadership role, preferably in a large facilities company
- Strong technical knowledge of maintenance operations and equipment
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
