Accounts Receivable Specialist

**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Credit Controller to join our dynamic European finance team at TrueCommerce. As a Credit Controller, you will play a critical role in managing overdue accounts, ensuring timely payments, and resolving account queries.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage an individual sales ledger, collecting overdue accounts and ensuring timely payment of debts.
- Update client ledgers and reconcile invoices accurately.
- Investigate and resolve queries relating to non-payment of invoices in a timely manner.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Allocate payments in accordance with customer remittances and ensure accounts are reconciled accurately.
- Process card payments and implement changes in the company's credit control system.
**Requirements for Success:**
- Minimum years of experience with Credit Control and a strong understanding of financial systems.
- Excellent IT skills, including all MS office products, with a particular emphasis on Excel.
- Good analytical skills with the ability to adapt to new IT packages.
- Excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills (proficient English).
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
- Structured with good time management skills and committed to achieving targets.
- A genuine interest in working with and helping customers.
- Experience with ERP systems/Netsuite.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
