Position: Senior Clinical Psychologist

Location: Flexible – East Midlands or Yorkshire

Compensation: Up to £60,000 per annum (full-time equivalent)

We are in search of a dedicated Senior Clinical Psychologist to enhance our team, contributing to tailored assessment and intervention strategies for the students we serve. This diverse role is perfect for those eager to embrace a new challenge and play a pivotal role in shaping our services and driving positive change.

Role Overview

As part of a well-established clinical team, you will facilitate multidisciplinary teamwork, collaborating with Speech and Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Assistant Psychologists, and Therapy Assistants. Our clinical team is integrated within the school framework, promoting effective collaboration with educational and residential staff to optimize clinical outcomes for our students. Outcomes First Group is committed to supporting professional development in the South Region, providing supervision and training opportunities to ensure evidence-based interventions.

Your work will align with our service policies and procedures, contributing to the ongoing development and quality assurance of our services within existing multidisciplinary and clinical governance structures.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Post-graduate doctoral qualification in Psychology (clinical, counselling, forensic).
  • Registered with the HCPC and BPS.
  • Experience supervising Assistant Psychologists.
  • Experience working with children and adults with intellectual disabilities and/or autism, including complex trauma and mental health needs.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Proficient in conflict resolution and sensitive communication.
  • Evidence of ongoing professional development relevant to the role.
  • Substantial post-qualification experience with both adults and children.
  • Experience in teaching, lecturing, or training.
  • Full valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
  • Data management skills are important, as the role involves collecting and analyzing data for service delivery and development.
