Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled CNC Machining Specialist to join our innovative team at The Pen Warehouse.

The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in CNC operations, particularly in CNC routing, with a proven track record of setting up and operating CNC routing machines for cutting, routing, and milling tasks.

This position demands a high level of precision, meticulous attention to detail, and the capability to interpret CAD drawings to ensure correct machine configurations and superior output quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and operate CNC machines, concentrating on routing tasks for cutting and milling.
  • Interpret and utilize CAD drawings to guarantee precise machine settings.
  • Monitor machine operations to identify malfunctions or issues, making necessary adjustments to uphold quality standards.
  • Assemble jigs post-milling, ensuring they comply with the required specifications and quality benchmarks.
  • Conduct routine maintenance on CNC machines to ensure peak performance.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to facilitate a smooth workflow and project completion.
  • Follow all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Ensure the workstation and surrounding areas are kept tidy at all times.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CNC Operator, with a focus on CNC routing.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting CAD drawings.
  • Strong understanding of CNC machine operations, cutting, and milling processes.
  • Ability to assemble jigs post-milling (training can be provided).
  • Excellent attention to detail and precision in work.
  • Good problem-solving skills and the ability to make adjustments as needed.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to adhere to safety standards and protocols.
