Job Summary:

Fawkes & Reece is seeking a skilled Estimating Administrator to join their team in Surbiton. As an Estimating Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the estimating process and preconstruction activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document Management: Download and check in new tender documents, manage tender documents throughout the tender period, and compile interactive tender and interview documents.
  • Administrative Support: Assist the team on busy submission mornings and interview days, chase subcontractor quotations, and glue interviews and tender submission documents.
  • General Office Administration: Support the Document Controller by uploading drawings, updating Deltek PIM, and providing holiday cover for general office administration tasks.

Requirements:

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, particularly advanced Excel and Word.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage time efficiently and create own workload.
  • Communication: Excellent written English skills.
  • Interest in Estimating: Passion for estimating and a willingness to learn and grow in the role.
