Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of accountants and provide guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality accounting services.
  • Manage a portfolio of corporate and personal clients, providing audit and accounts services and identifying opportunities for growth and development.
  • Oversee the delivery of accounts, reviews, and other accounting services, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and identifying opportunities for business growth.
  • Collaborate with other senior team members to develop and implement business strategies and initiatives.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for colleagues and team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Represent the company at networking and business events, identifying new business opportunities and promoting the company's services.
Requirements
  • FCCA, ACA/ACCA, or CA qualification.
  • RI status or willingness to pursue it.
  • Demonstrable leadership experience in an accountancy practice.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Ability to provide first-class support to a diverse client portfolio.
  • Strategic thinker with a focus on business growth and development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility.
