Job Title: Salaried General Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Salaried General Practitioner to join our team at The Thornton Practice.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with our team to deliver excellent healthcare services, and contributing to the overall success of our practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive and compassionate care to patients, including routine consultations, examinations, and treatments.
  • Work effectively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care and achieve excellent health outcomes.
  • Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and other activities to enhance patient care and practice performance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical knowledge, guidelines, and best practices to provide evidence-based care.
Requirements:
  • General Practitioner (GP) qualification and registration with the General Medical Council (GMC).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and managing time efficiently.
  • Strong clinical skills, with a focus on patient-centered care and quality improvement.
  • Experience with clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and other activities to enhance patient care and practice performance.
