About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Business Partner to join our team at Glebe Farm Foods. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial systems and processes to streamline month-end processes and improve financial reporting.
  • Advance the integration of ERP and Excel modeling for analytics and reporting, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Provide comprehensive financial analysis and support to senior management, facilitating dynamic decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Develop forecasting tools to support senior management in making informed decisions and driving business growth.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Assist the Financial Controller in the production of monthly management accounts, P&L, balance sheets, cash flow, prepayment journals, accruals & pre-payments, and payroll.
Requirements
  • ACCA/ACA qualified or working towards qualification.
  • Excellent system skills, including Excel modeling.
  • Technical mindset and experience of financial management within manufacturing or food processing.
  • Progressive and conceptual with a desire to innovate.
  • Effective multi-level communicator.
