About the Role:

We are seeking a talented professional to join Infraspec as a Reporting Specialist to drive the performance measurement, reporting initiatives, and provide valuable project controls insights across a major infrastructure-based programme. This role will be critical in building and managing the monthly performance cycle and delivering custom digital reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders and sponsors to gather reporting needs and translate them into actionable digital solutions.
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of innovative performance dashboards using Power BI.
  • Create, manage, and optimize the monthly performance measurement cycle to provide timely and accurate insights.
  • Ensure all reporting aligns with Infraspec's methodology, delivering high-quality, insightful, and actionable reports.

Requirements:

  • Associate Director (AD) level or above experience in performance management, insights, or reporting roles and must have proven experience working across major infrastructure-based programmes.
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and building digital reporting solutions from scratch.
  • Expertise in Power BI at an advanced level.
  • Strong understanding of performance measurement cycles and reporting processes.
