Barista Team Lead

We're looking for a skilled and motivated Team Leader to join our Costa Coffee team. As a Team Leader, you'll be responsible for leading a team of Baristas, ensuring smooth shifts, and driving success in our busy coffee shop.
What You'll Do- Lead by example, setting high standards for yourself and your team
- Train and develop new Baristas, helping them to reach their full potential
- Drive sales and customer satisfaction through excellent service and product knowledge
- Manage inventory, maintain a clean and safe working environment, and ensure compliance with company policies
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve business objectives and improve customer experience

What We're Looking For- A passionate and customer-focused individual with excellent communication and leadership skills
