As a Fire Safety Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for attending customer sites to fulfill business contracts, completing planned preventive maintenances of fire safety systems, and responding to emergency call outs.

Key Responsibilities:

* Attend customer sites to fulfill business contracts
* Complete planned preventive maintenances of fire safety systems
* Respond to emergency call outs
* Complete service worksheets and company documents
* Provide excellent customer service
* Support other departments to complete installation works on time

Requirements:

* FIA Foundation with extensive knowledge of BS5839
* Modification of Fire Safety Systems configuration
* Customer service focused
* Any further FIA training in Advanced or specialist areas

Benefits:
