Position Overview
The primary objective of this role is to oversee and contribute to the design and implementation of clinical, economic, and quality of life systematic literature reviews. You will collaborate with specialized technical teams to assist in the creation of health technology assessment submission dossiers or partner with internal systematic review analysts and statisticians to conduct comprehensive global literature reviews.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and execute systematic literature review projects, including:
- Designing review frameworks
- Conducting literature searches
- Evaluating titles, abstracts, and full-text articles
- Extracting relevant data
- Assessing quality
- Compiling reports
Oversee project management tasks for systematic literature review initiatives, which include:
- Planning project timelines
- Communicating with clients
- Supervising and reviewing the work of other systematic review analysts
Participate in the mentoring and training of junior systematic review analysts.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher in life sciences
- Significant experience in systematic literature reviews, including clinical and economic assessments (2+ years in a consulting environment preferred or several years in relevant academic or public sector roles)
- Practical experience with network meta-analysis is a plus
- Familiarity with health technology assessment processes and experience with pharmaceutical or private sector clients
This position is technical and hands-on, providing a pathway to enhance client management and commercial skills or to remain focused on technical expertise under the guidance of a seasoned leadership team. The choice is yours.
