Roadside Technician

We are seeking an experienced Roadside Technician to join our team at Clear Automotive Recruitment Solutions Limited. As a Roadside Technician, you will be responsible for assisting customers who are experiencing issues with their vehicle, whether it be that they are out of fuel, require a tyre repair/change or a new battery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues with all brands of cars
• Provide excellent customer service and empathy
• Ensure all jobs are completed efficiently and effectively
• Check that all parts are ordered as per estimate, to ensure that the repair can be completed without delay
• Awareness and adherence to all necessary standards and H&S procedures

Requirements:

• Level 2 minimum in Light vehicle maintenance and repair or mechanics
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

What We Offer:

• Permanent position, 40-hour week (between the hours of 7am - 8pm)
• Call out based
• 4 days a week - 10 hours a day (occasional 1 in 3 weekend work OT paid)

We are ideally looking for candidates who live in Northampton, Milton Keynes, Peterborough, Cambridge, Daventry, Buckingham, Kettering, Wellingborough, Bedford or Huntingdon or surrounding areas.
