Role Overview:

As a key member of our innovative team, you will prioritize delivery and safety, collaborating closely with clients to execute maintenance and construction service projects across multiple locations.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the execution of several small-scale projects concurrently.
  • Define project scopes and collaborate with clients to strategize project delivery.
  • Manage subcontractors and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Adhere to CDM regulations and ensure projects are completed within the established timeline and budget.

Qualifications:

Applicants should possess an HNC or equivalent experience, along with a valid SMSTS or NEBOSH certification.


Skills Required:
  • Proficient in IT, particularly MS Office; familiarity with CAFM systems is advantageous.
  • Possession of a valid driving license.

Compensation:

The role offers a competitive salary of up to £45,000, inclusive of a car allowance, along with a generous holiday package and favorable working hours.
